Brain Chemistry Detox Blend

Begin by boiling 8 ounces of water. We recommend using spring or distilled water for optimal results. Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes. Then add 2 to 4 tablespoons of plant material to the pot (Cover pot with lid). Allow the plant material to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. A longer steeping time will result in a stronger potency of the tea. After steeping, strain the tea using a mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Ensure that the tea cools down to room temperature before consumption. Pour tea in a glass cup (NOT PLASTIC). Then drink tea.

Heavy Metal Detox Blend

Take 2 capsules a day on an empty stomach, if possible, with spring water or organic fruit juice or take as needed.

Bundled Directions

2 cups a day of Brain Chemistry Detox, 2 capsules of Heavy Metal Detox 

1 cup (Brain Chemistry Detox) and 1 capsule (Heavy Metal Detox) every morning on an empty stomach, if possible, with spring water or organic fresh squeezed fruit juice.

Then last cup (Brain Chemistry Detox) and last capsule in the afternoon.

Additionally, ensure adequate hydration by consuming at least 64 oz. of spring water daily.

If your stomach is sensitive and you cannot take capsules on an empty stomach. I suggest you take the capsules 1-2 hours before or after a meal. 

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION

• The plant material can be reused twice before discarding. After the first use, store the used plant material in a glass container and refrigerate it until the second use.
• Please note that the plant material should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.
• Dispose of the plant material in the earth, not the trash.
• Store your biodegradable container of tea in a dry, dark place until it is ready to be used.
• It is highly recommended to consume the tea within 6 months of receiving it.
