Daily Use: 1-2 Tablespoons on an empty stomach if possible.
Additionally, ensure adequate hydration by consuming at least 64 oz. of spring water daily.
If your stomach is sensitive and you cannot take honey on an empty stomach. I suggest you take the honey 1-2 hours after a meal.
*Please be advised: A well-balanced diet is required for maximum effectiveness; otherwise, you'll neutralize the effects or only reap minimal benefits.
External Use:
Eye Drops: Shake bottle well before use. Use a dropper or pipette and apply one drop per eye twice a day every day (eye disorders) until you see results. If you don't have eye disorders but just want to maintain good eye and vision health, then apply once to twice a month to maintain eye and vision health.
Wound Healing: Apply honey directly where the wound is. Wrap it with gauze or bandages. Make sure to rinse thoroughly between each wrap.
NOTE: If you decide to go a long period of time without using the honey or eye drops. Make sure to burp the bottle at least twice a week. This prevents the honey from naturally fermenting due to the high moisture content. YOU MAY DISREGARD THIS IF YOU'RE STORING IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR.
How to Burp Honey: Take lid off bottle and let honey breath for 5-10 seconds, stir up it well then close lid and place honey back where you stored it.
You can refrigerate or keep honey at room temperature. If you refrigerate it, it must be refrigerated in between 39-41 degrees Fahrenheit (if possible). Refrigerating the honey will help preserve the bioactive phytochemicals found in the honey. SEE LINK BELOW.
